We at offer $6.99 flat rate shipping within the United States.


At this time, we do not offer International shipping, but if you'd like us to start shipping to your country, send us an email at and we'll look into it.

Standard ground shipping within the United States is 3-5 business days.

Our processing time is between 1-2 business days.

Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

*Holidays, weather in certain regions, COVID-19 and post office issues may cause shipping to be delayed. We will communicate and accommodate if shipping is taking a significantly longer time.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 7 business days of your initial purchase or have not received your package on the expected shipping date (and have not had an update from the shipping provider), please email us at and we follow up with you on the location of your package.


Package arrived damaged? 


Let us know within 30 days of the initial purchase and we'll send you a new one. Just email with an image of the damaged item and your original order confirmation receipt and we'll get back to you about replacing your order within 24 hours.



Effective January 1st 2021

Brelon Essentials no longer accepts returns on gently used items within 30 days of the initial purchase date. If a product was incorrectly ordered or is no longer needed before time of arrival, we will accept it back under the following complete terms:


  1. The product was unopened and unused

  2. The product is in original packaging

  3. Brelon Essentials is contacted via email 30 days after purchase

  4. Customer understands he or she will be responsible to pay for return packaging, but will hold Brelon Essentials responsible for return shipping label


Refund will be issued upon close evaluation and inspection of returned product. Brelon Essentials reserves the right to refuse a refund on any product deemed damaged or used by buyer. This notice is considered valid above all other Brelon Essentials notices regarding shipping, handling and return policies.


Clearance and sale items are not eligible for refund. All COVID protective face masks are not eligible for refund. Items bought from a third party site such as Instagram or Etsy are not eligible for refund via Please visit the aforementioned websites and websites like it for their individual refund policies.
